I want to make a complaint about costumer service from Singapore Airlines Jakarta office, I called to PPS line ( 021-52997878) at July 23rd 2013 to ordered tickets for my boss who is PPS qualified member , and Dewi is costumer service who answered my phone and I tried to make a reservation for Jakarta – Singapore – Jakarta , Depart on July 28th 2013 5pm and return on July 30th 2013 5.20 pm , Dewi said to me the flight is already full booked and already closed for reservation even for waiting list , Honestly that situation is really strange for me, and I decided to call the regular line (021-52997888) and apparently the flights are still available ! this is really surprised me because before Dewi told me i cant even wait listed , Finally I made a reservation for same dates and times, this is making me very uncomfortable and i tried to confirmed this issue to Dewi and she didn’t admit that she talked to me on July 23rd 2013! unbelievable! Why she did this, really big question mark for me because I know Singapore Airlines is a big company with good quality control, and this is makes me think twice when I should call to Singapore Airlines PPS because honestly I lost my trust , this is really unprofessional, I just want to say that the other Costumer service are really cooperative and nice, but why this one person is really annoying and told me false information? I hope management from Singapore Airlines Jakarta read my review and immediately solve the problem.

  2. I am very disappointed by the service of SQ in Jakarta. I flew from Tokyo to Jakarta at 11.10. Because the delay in take off my baggage could not be transferred in time. It was transferred to the next flight. JAS personnel promised to send the baggage at the same night. It turned out to be a wrong one the next morning (6 am). I reported to SQ in CGK, and the SQ personnel promised to follow it up. Until 5 pm the baggage has not arrived yet. I contacted SQ again. And the SQ personnel again promised that my baggage will be arrived at 9 pm.
    It is now 9 pm, and the baggage still has not arrived.
    It is so frustrated. I hope SQ bosses in Singapore read this complaint.. I have lost my trust to SQ. Just one baggage the field personnel can not handle it well. Please tell me how can I trust you with safety issues??
