  1. I had to contact the Sydney office last week, to change my flight home to UK and would like to say how polite and efficient the girl was who helped with my request. I believe her name is Qudrat, or similar. I felt nothing I asked was too much trouble for her to sort out and the flight changed.

    As an annual flier with Singapore Airlines to visit my children and their respective families who are now settled in Australia, I have always found the service from all staff to be excellent, from the booking, actual flights and as now, with any problems that arise.

    I hope you will be able to pass on my thanks again, and I look forward to flying with Singapore Airline again next year.

  2. I’ll be honest, this is the first time I’ve ever left feedback but I’ve had such great customer service from Singapore Airlines I felt inclined to comment.

    I’ve just spoken to a lady in the Australian office who has changed my return flights to London. I also flew back to London in August 2012 and had those flights changed twice. Each of these three times the staff have been incredibly helpful and the process has been swift, efficient and painless.

    Compared to the experiences I’ve had with other airlines (I’ll never fly Ryanair again for one) this is brilliant. Even further than that I’d say it’s exemplary customer service compared to any company I’ve dealt with and I’ll continue to book my return flights from London to Sydney with Singapore.
